Delivery Service

AUPU provides delivery service to urban areas. For remote areas (such as outlying islands, Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Stanley, etc.), delivery charges may be adjusted according to actual circumstances and the delivery fee schedule of the general distributor.

The general charges below are for reference only, and the final delivery fee may vary depending on the order details:

  • Basic delivery fee is HK$100 per item.
  • Delivery to Tung Chung / Ma Wan / Park Island will incur an additional HK$200 per item; delivery to Discovery Bay / Lantau Island will incur an additional HK$400 per item.
  • Free delivery is available for a single order with a net amount of HK$8,000 or above, or with the purchase of designated products, excluding flash-sale items and excluding Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Park Island, Discovery Bay and Lantau Island.
  • Free delivery is available for designated free-delivery products, excluding Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Park Island, Discovery Bay and Lantau Island.
  • Delivery service does not cover outlying islands, restricted areas, or overseas locations.
  • If products need to be carried upstairs by stairs, an additional handling charge will apply.
  • For stair-carrying service, an additional charge applies: HK$30–$50 per 10 steps for small appliances. The first 3 steps are free; any remaining steps fewer than 10 will still be counted as 10 steps.
  • If the delivery address is far from the parking point and the delivery team needs to walk while carrying the goods, an additional charge will apply. The first 50 metres are free, and HK$55 will be charged for every subsequent 50 metres.
  • If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is lowered after 3:00 p.m., delivery service will be suspended for the day. If deliveries are postponed due to typhoons or adverse weather, the actual delivery date and time will depend on the delivery address, order volume and manpower arrangements. Customers will be notified within one to two days after the typhoon signal is lowered.
  • Please ensure that old appliances have been disconnected from the water / power / gas supply and are ready for the installation team to handle.

AUPU’s delivery service is handled by the transport team of the general distributor to ensure safe and reliable transportation of products.

Delivery Notes

AUPU will try its best to arrange delivery according to the customer’s requested time. To ensure smooth delivery, please note the following:

  • If the delivery date cannot be confirmed on the day of order, please notify us via WhatsApp at xxxx xxxx after the delivery date has been confirmed. Please provide at least 10 working days’ notice.
  • If the customer fails to notify us of any date change before the scheduled delivery date, or is unable to receive the goods due to special circumstances and needs to reschedule, an additional delivery charge will apply.
  • Please provide a contact phone number that can be reached on the delivery day. It is recommended to provide both a mobile number and a landline number.
  • Please check the product dimensions before purchase to ensure that the product can fit the intended space / unit.
  • Please make sure any required installation conditions for the relevant product have been prepared.
  • If the vehicle cannot enter the delivery location due to vehicle restrictions, the delivery vehicle will park at the nearest possible location and the customer will be responsible for the push-carry fee.
  • Please inform us in advance of any factors that may affect delivery, such as parking restrictions, special entrances, or stairs.
  • Please ensure there is a clear and accessible entrance for the delivery vehicle.
  • Please make sure the route from the entrance to the intended placement area is clear and has sufficient space.
  • Upon receipt, please verify that the product model and color are correct.
  • Before the delivery team leaves, please inspect the product for any damage and ensure all accessories are included. If there is any issue, please notify us within 7 days.
  • If any abnormality is found, please raise it with the delivery team immediately and have it recorded.
  • Before using the new product, please read the manufacturer’s installation and user instructions.
